Welcome to Mangor Studio! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including Passport Size Photos Delivery, Photos Printing & Delivery, and Documents Printing & Delivery. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.
Service Description
- Passport Size Photos Delivery: Upload your photos for resizing and delivery to your specified address.
- Photos Printing & Delivery: Submit photos for printing in your desired size and receive them at your location.
- Documents Printing & Delivery: Upload documents for printing and secure delivery.
Eligibility
- Our services are available exclusively to customers in Dubai.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Order Placement
- Orders must be placed through our website or official communication channels.
- Ensure that all details, including uploaded files and delivery address, are accurate. Incorrect details may result in delays or additional charges.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made at the time of order placement.
- We accept secure online payment methods. No cash on delivery is available unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Policy
- Free Delivery: All orders within Dubai qualify for free delivery.
- Timelines: Orders are processed same day delivery in Dubai, Between 8:00 pm to 12:00 am. If you place the before 6:00 pm
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of placement. For detailed information, refer to our Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days for eligible cancellations.
File Upload Guidelines
- Uploaded files (photos/documents) must be in supported formats such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the content is free of errors and meets your specifications.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for seamless order processing.
- Ensure timely availability at the delivery address to receive the order.
Limitation of Liability
- Mangor Studio is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate order details or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).
- In case of errors on our part, we will provide a free reprint or refund as applicable.
