If for any reason you were not satisfied with using our printing and delivery services. We invite you to please review our policy on returns and refunds.
Due to the nature of our services (personalized photo and document printing), returns are not accepted once an order is processed and delivered. If there is a defect in the product or an error in the order caused by us, we will rectify the issue through a replacement or refund.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases: Incorrect or damaged photos/documents delivered. Order not fulfilled as per the original request. Delivery of the wrong order. Requests for refunds must be made within 3-5 days of receiving the order.
Personalized or customized items that were printed as per the customer’s specifications. Issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer during order placement.
