Mangor Studio Cancellation Policy for Passport Size Photos Delivery, Photos Printing & Delivery, and Documents Printing & Delivery Services
You can cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to processing and shipping procedures already being initiated.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at [info@mangorstudio.com] within the cancellation window. Be sure to include your order number and details for quicker processing.
If you cancel within the allowable time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. If the order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will not be entertained, and no refund will be issued.
Customized or personalized orders (e.g., custom photo prints or documents) are non-refundable once processed. If the service was disrupted or a mistake occurred on our part, we will resolve the issue promptly with a refund or replacement.
Cancellations requested after 1 hours of order placement may not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, a partial refund or store credit might be considered, subject to case evaluation.
